Returns Policy
We want every Missy Jewelry piece to feel just right for you! But if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. All approved returns will be issued as store credit — no refunds will be processed.
Please note the following guidelines:
-All items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact.
-Personalized products (including engraved pieces, name collection items, or custom metal letters) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
-Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, but we’re happy to replace them if there’s a fault.
-Gift packaging is non-refundable.
-Returns are processed within five business days of arriving at our warehouse. Store credit will be issued shortly after.
-In some cases, we may request the return of faulty items (with U.S. return shipping covered by us) for inspection and quality improvement.
-For items purchased as part of a 2-for-1 offer, both items must be returned to receive store credit. However, if you’d like to exchange just one item, feel free to return the one you'd like to switch.

How to Return Your Order
Returning your order is super easy.
1. Re-package your item(s) along with a note stating your order number, name and address.
2. Email us at [email protected] and tell us why you want to return your order
3. Print your postage label and stick it on your package.
4. Take it to your local post office.
Make sure you keep your proof of postage and keep an eye out for an email from our returns team where we will keep you up to date on the process of your return.
For all returns, $7.90 will be deducted from the refund amount as a return handling fee.
Faulty Items
