Returns Policy
We want every Missy Jewelry product to be absolutely perfect for you, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist!
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order, giving you plenty of time to make your decision.
*Please note that personalized products and earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty). If you have any questions about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly customer service team, who will be happy to help.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- All products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact.
- Personalized items, including those in the name collection and any pieces with engraving or custom metal letters, cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on Advent Calendars. However, if personalized items are faulty, we’ll gladly replace them.
- We cannot accept returns on earrings, but if they are faulty, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement.
- Gift packaging is non-refundable.
- Returns are processed within five business days after they reach our warehouse. Please allow a few extra days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
- In some cases, we may request the return of faulty items (with U.S. postage covered by us) to inspect the issue and continue improving our products.
If you’re requesting a refund for products purchased in a 2-for-1 offer, both items must be returned. However, if you’d like to exchange only one item, simply return the one you wish to exchange.

How to Return Your Order
Returning your order is super easy.
1. Re-package your item(s) along with a note stating your order number, name and address.
2. Email us at hi@missyjewelry.com and tell us why you want to return your order
3. Print your postage label and stick it on your package.
4. Take it to your local post office.
Make sure you keep your proof of postage and keep an eye out for an email from our returns team where we will keep you up to date on the process of your return.
For all returns, $5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount as a return handling fee.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please get in touch with our friendly customer support team who will be on hand to resolve any issues; hi@missyjewelry.com
